Horseradish

Grind some fresh horseradish root, combine it with a carrier oil, and use it to massage away muscular aches, and help loosen chest congestion. Grate fresh ginger and horseradish together and make a tea to stop post nasal drip. Horseradish root is very high in; chromium, phosphorus, potassium, riboflavin, niacin, zinc, calcium, sodium, magnesium vitamin A and vitamin C. Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer. |
